Episode 40: Surrender

Surrender, that’s surrendering to now as it is and as it constantly continues to change.
As now twists, shifts, splits, adapts and flows. Constantly moving and remaining now.
In this state of surrender we’re centered and clear, able to act with an open heart… or not.
Surrender is allowing ourselves to be at peace… now.

Episode 19: Forgiveness Pt2

Forgiveness is something we talk a lot about for a reason. It has powerful and wide ranging impacts on many areas of life.

Each moment is what it is. Personal stories create judgment, clouding our perspective and separating us from what is real, and that is insane. True forgiveness is forgiving ourselves for believing there was anything to forgive in the first place. Attachment to telling stories is the defining global thought-epidemic of our era.

We have a choice in when and how to forgive people and situations, yet many people throughout the world still suffer because they are unwilling to lay down their arms, stop telling stories and forgive.

Forgiving ourselves and others is liberating. It opens up potential for pro-active growth, moving forward with a clear perspective.

Forgiveness can be many things: challenging, liberating, fast, slow or life changing. Your stories of forgiveness can inspire others to reap its benefits. Share your experience through the website comments, Facebook and Twitter.
