Episode 44: The Italy Tour

Hello again!!!  Or perhaps we should say, ‘Ciao!!!!’

After touring separately around the globe all summer, we embarked on the journey halfway around the world to meet up once again.  We landed in Italy on July 28th, 2014 to begin a tour of four cities, hosting meditation and mindfulness workshops, drum circles and various community ceremonies.  Now, we are back in a new podcast to say thank you to the people here who have helped us along the way, share what we’ve learned throughout the process and finally, what we think the future holds for TSATR.

Thanks for tuning in, and we hope you’ll leave comments or feedback on our social media sites.  You can find those links on our website or at: iTunestwitterfacebook and youtube!!!

Episode 43: Spiriting

Have you ever let go of the destination and just walked? Allowing the journey to be what it is?

Spirit walking, talking, driving and deciding are powerful ways to let go and become a conduit for flow. It’s interesting to see what happens when we simply trust what feels right and go with it. There are many ways to do this and a lot of things that can happen as a result. This week we give you an overview of something we call Spirit walking. It’s a habit that can build into a way of life. Enjoy!

Note: If I close my eyes I tend to see arrows or streams of energy guiding my Spirit walks.

Thank you to Nelson on the Gold Coast for recommending weekly Spirit walks.
Thanks to Bob Axford in Northern New South Wales for sharing your London walk signal Spirit walking.

This episode features music and a quote from Josh Kane.
It also features Ian Peric playing a Heart Chakra Singing bowl.

Episode 40: Surrender

Surrender, that’s surrendering to now as it is and as it constantly continues to change.
As now twists, shifts, splits, adapts and flows. Constantly moving and remaining now.
In this state of surrender we’re centered and clear, able to act with an open heart… or not.
Surrender is allowing ourselves to be at peace… now.

This episode features music and insights from Josh Kane and the Luminaries.
